PROVIDENCE, RI – (October 22, 2012) Tom Lopatosky Jr., Proprietor of LOPCO Contracting, was recently appointed to the Board of Directors for the Rhode Island Builders Association (RIBA). One of the youngest members to ever serve on the board, Lopatosky, age 36, was selected for his energy, vision and a demonstrated dedication to his craft.

“Tom has an excellent reputation and rapport within the building industry,” said John Marcantonio, Executive Director of the Rhode Island Builders Association. “We look forward to tapping his tremendous energy and insights for our future growth.”

“We also appreciate the diversity represented by LOPCO’s employees and the company’s commitment to giving back to the community,” said Marcantonio.

RIBA, affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), is one of the nation’s largest local trade associations serving residential builders and remodelers doing business in America’s smallest state. It includes among its members home builders, remodelers, lenders, suppliers, real-estate professionals and others whose work is related to the industry.
