New Fitness Class is all the Buzz in Cranston

CRANSTON, RI – Debbie Becker of Becker Fitness RI has launched Be Fit Boot Camp in Cranston.  The class targets individuals trying to meet their fitness goals by offering a convenient schedule and individualized attention from a personal trainer not typically seen in a group setting.

The class, which meets three times weekly in month-long blocks, features cardiovascular and strength-training exercises that maximize weight loss and promote overall fitness, flexibility and a boost in energy.  Becker saw the need for a practical and affordable way for individuals to get in shape; meeting the needs of those who need exercise guidance, enjoy the camaraderie of group classes and someone to hold them accountable and provide ongoing support and motivation.

“We work hard all week but often get so wrapped up in our busy schedules that we put our own wellbeing on the back burner and are never able to make time” says Becker, a NESTA Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. “By meeting for 60 minutes, three times a week anyone can achieve the results they are looking for with the added benefit of building strength, increasing endurance, lowering stress levels, and gaining confidence, beginning on day one.”

Becker uses her personal training background to add an individualized component to the fun of a group class environment, often modifying exercises to meet the specific needs of her clients.  This personalized experience is designed to ensure that all ages and ability levels feel welcomed and supported, helping each Be Fit camper achieve their goals and develop lasting friendships.
