Legal Clinic for Entrepreneurs & Small Business Owners

FALL RIVER, MA – As a business owner, you have a million decisions to make. You are not alone! The Massachusetts Small Business Development Center (MSBDC)can help you with high quality, confidential, no cost business advice. The MSBDC is pleased to announce that the law firm of Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP has generously offered to hold free Legal Clinics for small business owners in our office and at our outreach locations. On the second Friday afternoon of each month, entrepreneurs and small business owners can meet one-on-one for 30 minutes to discuss general legal questions such as corporate structure, leases, contracts, insurance, employment, franchising, and various other business related issues.

The next Legal Clinic will be held, FREE OF CHARGE, on Friday, January 9, 2015 at the Cranberry Country Chamber of Commerce, 40 North Main Street, Middleboro, MA. Individuals, entrepreneurs, and small business owners are eligible to attend a one-time, 30-minute, one-on-one confidential Legal Clinic, with Chris Cassara, Esq., a partner at Partridge Snow & Hahn. The MSBDC also provides one-on-one counseling sessions to a wide range of companies. Entrepreneurs and small business owners are invited to meet with a Business Advisor, for hour-long sessions, at one of our outreach centers to discuss anything from new business start ups to existing business strategies. Appointments are required and subject to availability.
