Keystone Real Estate Group Instrumental in Helping New Pawtucket Craft Brewery Find Commercial Property

PAWTUCKET, RI (October 5, 2012) One of the first steps to becoming a premiere regional brewery is finding the ideal building.  Nick Garrison, owner of High Jinx Brewing Company credits commercial realtor Keystone Real Estate Group, Inc. for strategic support in securing his company’s location in Pawtucket.

Dan Awde, president and principal broker of Keystone Real Estate Group, served as lead realtor on the transaction.

“After a lengthy statewide search for a building that met our many requirements, we were thrilled to find the Grotto Avenue location,” said Nick Garrison, president and founder of High Jinx Brewing Company. “Dan was a tremendous asset during the entire process from initial search through financing to closing on the property.”

The 4,800 s/f facility is complete with offices, a mezzanine level, and conference room with vision panels to watch the brewing process.

“We’ve purchased a 30-barrel brewing system,” Garrison said. “We have plenty of space with 20′-25′ ceilings, which allows us to bring in larger fermenters to expand without necessarily having to immediately increase our footprint.”

Garrison plans to give “Beer 101” tours of the facility on weekends to teach visitors about the brewing process, as well as offer beer tastings, all of which will help toward the goal of making High Jinx an active part of the community.
