Gracie’s to Host Sparkling Wine Dinner on Feb 12

AAA Four-Diamond Award restaurant to showcase wines from Long Island

Providence, RI – Critics have said that some of the finest sparkling wines may very well come from Long Island.  On February 12, Gracie’s will host a wine dinner featuring these effervescent favorites paired with a four-course tasting menu designed by Executive Chef Matthew Varga.

“We proudly welcome Leonardo Manno of Sparkling Pointe Winery, Sage Cellars Imports, and Grapes & Grains for an intimate evening in our private dining room to sample these wonderful sparkling wines,” said Brendan Chipley Roane, Director of Marketing & Events for Gracie’s.

Located on the beautiful North Fork of Long Island, Sparkling Pointe is New York’s only sparkling exclusive winery. Wine Enthusiastic Magazine this year rated Long Island’s North and South Forks as one of the top ten wine destinations in the world.

Limited reservations are available for the sparkling wine dinner on February 12. Reception begins at 6pm. Dinner at 6:30pm. Contact Gracie’s at 401-272-7811, or email Events Assistant, Katie Kleyla at katie@graciesprov.com.
