Executives Association of RI May Meeting – Are Your Employees (Are You?) Fit For Life?

CRANSTON, RI – Matt Espeut, owner of Fitness Profiles, a personal trainer and nutrition consultant, will speak at the May guest speaker event for the RI Executives Association on Tuesday, May 21st from noon to 1:30pm at The Radisson Hotel, Post Road, Warwick. Espeut will talk about fitness and nutrition, particularly as it pertains to a healthier workforce.

“Being fit for life is something that every employer can encourage their employees to learn more about. With healthcare costs squarely on the backs of employers, reducing healthcare costs by offering programs that address positive lifestyle change can be affordable and doable by any size employer,” Espeut said. Espeut has been a personal trainer and fitness consultant for over 20 years in RI.

The Executives Association of RI is RI’s oldest business leads and referral group, and is a statewide group with members from nearly every city and town in the state.  The group meets weekly to share information and leads.  Once a month, a guest speaker addresses the group.  Guests may attend, free of charge – but RSVP is required.  Contact “Execs” member Tapestry Communications, Cranston, nthomas@tapestrycommunications.com or by calling 401-447-8182.
