DPM Hired to Provide Relocation Management Services for Tockwotton Home in RI

NEWTON, MA (September 5, 2012)—  Tockwotton on the Waterfront, currently under construction in  East Providence, RI. Located in close proximity to Bold Point Park, abutting the Seekonk River, Tockwotton’s new building will double the capacity of the existing residence, which currently houses 24 seniors in the assisted living wing and 42 in the skilled nursing wing.  DPM is in the programming and planning phases for the upcoming move and will manage the redeployment of existing furniture as well.  Project Executive, Marc Zawatsky, and Project Manager Carol Godek are working closely with all members of the project teams to drive the schedule, manage the relocation budget and provide comprehensive move coordination services.

DiMella Shaffer and Cutler Associates are providing the architectural and general contracting services.  The project is scheduled to complete in November; and the new building will open on December 15.
