Attorney Jeffrey C. Ankrom Establishes Jubilee Legal Services. New firm focuses on consumer foreclosure defense and bankruptcy

WARWICK, Rhode Island (August 27, 2012) – Many people are facing difficult financial struggles through no fault of their own. Attorney Jeffrey C. Ankrom today announced launch of his law firm, Jubilee Legal Services, located at 3970 Post Road in Warwick. The firm focuses on consumer foreclosure defense and bankruptcy.

“I’ve seen hundreds of people facing overwhelming debt and foreclosure in the past few years,” said Attorney Jeffrey Ankrom. “I formed Jubilee Legal Services to provide legal solutions for debt and foreclosure issues.”

‘Jubilee’ refers to an ancient celebration where all debts were forgiven, slaves were freed, and real estate was returned to the family that sold it.

“That concept is a perfect way to describe my goals with as a bankruptcy attorney and foreclosure attorney. I want to help people celebrate a fresh start, live debt free, and successfully resolve foreclosure,” said Ankrom.

Prior to launch of Jubilee Legal Services, Ankrom served as litigation attorney for Messier & Massad, LLC and was responsible for numerous active cases in state and federal court, including bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, insurance coverage, subrogation, construction disputes, personal injury, property damage, eviction, divorce, custody, and business matters.

Attorney Ankrom earned his Juris Doctor with honors from Boston University School of Law. He graduated in the top 25% of the class of 2006. He is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts in Rhode Island and Connecticut. He graduated magna cum laude from Columbia International University in 2003.  He resides in Hope Valley with his wife, Sarah, and their two children.
