Art Show Benefiting Save The Bay to Conclude with Closing Reception and Discount

PROVIDENCE, RI– Save The Bay’s two-month Artists For The Bay Show & Sale will culminate in a closing reception on Saturday,  January 30, 1-3 p.m. at The Bay Center, 100 Save The Bay Drive in Providence. Guests will enjoy mimosas and Bloody Mary’s with light hors d’oeuvres and background music as they peruse the creations of more than 75 local painters, photographers, sculptors, and jewelers, including Tracey Maroni, Rob Rey, Amy Bartlett-Wright, Rebecca Leonard, Nick Mayer and Tom Martino among others.

Artwork and jewelry for this Save The Bay benefit are well priced from $15 to a maximum of $500, and sales are tax-free. On the day of the closing, buyers will enjoy a 10% discount, with 40 percent of all sales going to support Save The Bay’s mission to protect and improve Narragansett Bay. Interested art and jewelry buyers can also visit the Bay Center Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. through January 29, 2015 to view and purchase the art.
