Providence, RI (October 7, 2016) – ONE Neighborhood Builders is celebrating the groundbreaking of our new housing development Amherst Gardens, our NeighborWorks Charter, a Welcome to our new Executive Director and Promotion of the Yes on 7 Housing Bond; on Friday, October 14th, 2016 at 11:00 a.m.
Amherst Gardens is a 36 residential unit scattered site housing redevelopment in and for Olneyville. The Olneyville neighborhood was among the hardest hit by the foreclosure crisis. Now, instead of tolerating boarded doors and windows, Olneyville is rebounding with renovated properties offering healthy affordable apartments to 36 individuals and families.
