NORTON, MA – Great Woods Crossfit is a roughly 6000 square foot state of the art, fully equipped, fitness training facility located in Norton Massachusetts. At Great Woods CrossFit you will not find elliptical machines, or weight training machines Instead you will find over 4000 lb. of Olympic bumper plates, over 30 barbells, roughly 1500 lb. of Kettle bells, Plyoboxes, Olympic rings, pull-up stations, numerous rowing machines, and a highly personable and knowledgeable staff of coaches.
