Hire Image To Host Free “Drugs In The Workplace” Webinar

The webinar “Drugs In The Workplace – What Employers Need to Know and Do to Manage Their Drug Screening Program,” will feature expert insight by Cunneen as well as Andrew Prescott, a partner and labor and employment attorney with Nixon Peabody, LLP. Participating employers can expect to learn how to create an efficient, compliant drug-screening program. Cunneen and Prescott will also go over the nuances of drug screening policies in lieu of some recent changes in several states’ laws regarding legalizing marijuana, both for medicinal and recreational purposes.

We will provide audience members with a timely overview of employers’ rights to having drug-free workplaces,” says Cunneen. “We will also highlight some recent examples of cases in which these rights were contested and/or questioned, and talk about the significance of their rulings,” she adds.
