FIRE + ICE Providence Introduces Lava Rock Dining

PROVIDENCE, RI: New England restaurant icon FiRE + iCE has added volcanic rocks so that you can cook YOUR meal, the way YOU want it, right at YOUR table!

WHO:  FiRE + iCE, Providence. A new menu of six entrees, invites FiRE + iCE guests to cook on 600 degree slabs of igneous rock, created during the eruption of an actual volcano.

Lava Rock Dining features several volcanic themed entrées. Enjoy Scallops Vesuvius (a nod to Naples’ infamous Monte Vesuvio), Sesame Wasabi Ahi Tuna Oyama (Miyakejima Island, Japan), Shrimp Takana (a shout-out to Volcan Tacana in Guatemala) and 16-ounce, bone-in, Dark Mountain Ribeye (a tip of the volcanologist’s hat to the currently dormant volcano in northern British Columbia). Or try Private Reserve Filet Mignon and Surf & Turf options. Bring your appetite! Every Lava Rock entrée includes as many trips as you’d like to FiRE + iCE’s signature world class signature grill (valued at $18.99). Entrée prices range from $24.99 to $29.99.
