Nationally recognized experts in each of those areas will present key-note discussions on these topics at the First Annual Mind, Body, Spirit Experience Expo on November 29, 2014 at the Crowne Plaza in Warwick, Rhode Island
The event brings together people from across Southern New England looking to share and learn how to promote mind, body and spiritual wellness. The first of its kind expo in the region will showcase exhibitors who provide massage, energy work, hypnosis, healthy food options, health screenings, wellness, mediumship, beauty demonstrations, holistic business opportunities and life coaching.
Joining live Main Stage demonstrations such as yoga, fitness and a special discussion on depression and mental health, are three dynamic keynote speakers:
LAUREN CANUEL, LICSW-ACSW-BCD, is a licensed psychotherapist and dynamic speaker who promotes a holistic approach to weight loss and relapse prevention. She grew up in an dysfunctional home and realized self-medicating with food, was how she coped with her problems. At 285 pounds in her 20’s, she lost the weight and has kept it off for 28 years. Today, at 135 pounds, she helps others realize the same successes of weight loss, arresting the emotional eating cycle, and maintaining weight loss goals.
KURTIS LEE THOMAS: Author of The World is (Y)OURS, The Awakening (Secrets Behind “The Secret”), speaker and Co-Founder/Director of Optimistic Insight. We’ve all heard about “The Secret” and “The Law of Attraction, yet, do you know how to make it work for you?
