Easy Entertaining Inc. Releases New Spring and Summer Cooking Classes Starting at $25!

PROVIDENCE, RI – Farm-to-fork cafe and catering collaborative Easy Entertaining Inc has released it’s new list of cooking classes for the Spring and Summer months of 2014! This local, homegrown company has been hosting affordable cooking classes since their start in 2006 often featuring topics such as Slow-cooker Meals, Building Better Burgers, Grilled Pizza, and many others.
“We love teaching classes here at Easy Entertaining. Our aim is to make them affordable and extremely useful. They are only an hour, a great social event, and you can sip on some local beer or craft wine. What could be better?” says Kaitlyn Roberts, Proprietor and Executive Chef at Easy Entertaining.
This season’s offerings brings back some old favorites along with new additions. By popular demand the team at Easy Entertaining Inc has brought back the well received Grilled Pizza class where their Chefs show you to “throw-dough” and offer tips for creating that perfect crispy crust on your pizza. In celebration of obtaining their wine and beer license Easy Entertaining has also added a wine pairing class that they’ve called “Tannins, Acid, & Grapes – oh my!” where Chef Kait will teach her attendees how to identify the nose, mouthfeel, and finish of 5-6 wines and show how all of those play into pairing with food. To help better the understanding of the process, there will be a small bite or food item to try with each wine.
In addition to these, Easy Entertaining has released a Gluten Free Cuisine and a Make Ahead Healthy Meals class. All classes are held at the Cafe at Easy Entertaining at 166 Valley St., Building 10 in Providence.
