ChartWise Excels With High Scores In KLAS CDI Report

WAKEFIELD, R.I. – ChartWise Medical Systems, Inc. (www.chartwisemed.com), the industry leader in Computer-Assisted Clinical Documentation Improvement (CACDI) software is delighted to announce that, classified as an early data vendor, ChartWise performed extremely well in the recently published KLAS performance report, “CDI Services 2014: Providing Light to Documentation Darkness.” ChartWise received an early data score of 94.7 out of 100.

ChartWise exceeded the market segment average in all KLAS performance rating categories, including implementation and training, functionality and upgrades and service and support. Themes were broken down into 19 categories, with ChartWise scoring very well in each.

Clients noted that ChartWise was chosen over competitors due to its cost, being seen as the strongest vendor on the market, and its exceptional support. In fact, KLAS reported that ChartWise’s greatest strength lies in the service and support of its software. Clients noted that software was easy to use, current, and efficient, with many users seeing an immediate impact on their CMI and queries. And, if problems arose, clients reported that ChartWise replied within the hour, if not immediately.

“Anytime we have an issue we can shoot off our question or complaint to ChartWise and get an instant response,” declared a ChartWise user included in the KLAS report. “ChartWise is the best vendor I have worked with in a long time. I can’t say enough good things about them.”

ChartWise clients unanimously agreed that ChartWise keeps its promises, avoids frivolous charges, is a product they would buy again, and that they plan to continue using the software long term.  Users were also confident across the board in ChartWise’s ICD-10 preparedness, allowing the software firm to stand out from competitors in the space with the highest preparation ratings. And among the clients’ responses in the report, there were positive financial outcomes noted. After switching to ChartWise, one client noted, “We have made half a million dollars in about three months.”

“We feel the results of the KLAS performance report are a confirmation of the tremendous value ChartWise provides,” said Dr. Jon Elion, founder and CEO of ChartWise. “We are proud of the ChartWise 2.0 software and the many tangible benefits it offers for the documentation spets, health information managers, administrators and physicians who use it.  It only buoys us to continue innovating when we read that we are consistently meeting and exceeding clients’ needs and providing significant improvements for their CDI programs.”
