Art Show ‘Closing Reception’, Last Friday Coffee (with Allie’s Donuts) and ‘Be Your Own Bodyguard’ Workshop…all this week!

Art Gallery at The Hive RI
The Rocky Hill School’s Middle & High School juried Art Show ‘In My Family’ – closing reception on Thursday 5:30-7:00, there will be live music, refreshments and the amazing young artists – details here.

Next Art Show goes up Thursday night and we’re SO excited to have two of our favorite local artists, Janelle Feigley & Susan Fox hanging their amazing artwork!  We will be celebrating their opening reception on Saturday, April 7th.  More info here, please mark you calendars as this is going to be an awesome celebration with live music, a ‘live painting’ demonstration by the artists during a live auction, food, fun and more!

Last Friday Coffee
Uncle Jay’s Traveling Breakfast Network is back this Friday morning from 8:00-9:30.  We ALWAYS have so much fun and somehow manage to get some great business networking done!  We usually have upwards of 30-40 local professionals and there are always great connections made.  More details here.

Be Your Own Bodyguard Workshop
Ladies, what would you do if you were faced with a threatening situation?  Would you be able to protect yourself?  If you don’t have an immediate and definitive answer, you could be in BIG trouble.  Tomorrow night, 6:30-8:00, this workshop is run by Women’s Empowerment Coach, and Hiver, Gigi Gravel.  For more information click here!

Farmer’s Market on Saturday
The Coastal Grower’s Winter Farmer’s Market at the Mill at Lafayette every Saturday from 9:00-12:00.  They are around back, behind the main mill bldg., and right next to the tower!  Be sure to ‘like’/follow them on Facebook too!

Need Space?
Let us know if you’d like to have a workshop or event at The Hive RI.  Many of our Hive members & mill community members utilize the larger open space after hours or on weekends for presentations and workshops.

Looking for office space?
Here at The Hive RI we have the open coworking option available at $100 per month.  A great option whether you just want it a couple/few days a month or 5 days a week!  We also JUST had an office open up!
