The Lady Project Summit at Anchor on Saturday, April 13

Providence RI – PVD Lady Project announces its biggest event yet, The Lady Project Summit on Saturday, April 13 at Firehouse 13 and Anchor. The Summit is a daylong conference with inspiring speakers, professional workshops and meaningful connections. The Lady Project Summit is sponsored by MOO, BUST Magazine, the Rhode Island Small Business Journal, PS&H WAVE (Women AdVocates for Enterprise), Visual Magnetics and Smart Creative Women.
Keynote speakers include Debbie Stoller, co-founder and editor-in-chief of BUST Magazine, Dr. Barbara Tannenabaum of Brown University, and Payal Saha, founder of The Kati Roll Company.

Attendees will sign up for four rounds of workshops, including :

Activities between workshops include a special spa station by Alayne White Spa, headshots by PVD Lady Project photographer, Jen Brister from Brister Photo, an “interview” station from Smart Creative Women and a table with attorneys from Partridge, Snow, & Hahn WAVE where attendees can ask legal questions.

There will be a special Lightning Round for the fifth round with three 15 minute classes: “How to Make A Perfect Cocktail” with Jen Ferreia from Cook & Brown, the “Perfect Top Knot” by Lulu Locks of Suite Tart, and “Yoga at Your Desk” with Liz Guardia from Lululemon. After our final keynote speaker, the BUST After Party starts and Summit guests will celebrate with music from DJ La Rochelle.

Ticket price is $50 for members, $75 for non-members with the option to donate to Girls Inc. Summit guests will also receive 100 mini MOO cards (must be ordered by April 8 to ensure Summit free pick-up), a tote bag designed by Featherweight Printing and goodies from members.
