“Stress Management and Burnout Prevention,” scheduled from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 12, will help participants analyze the factors leading to stress and share techniques for managing that stress.

“We created the workshop series to help ensure that our graduates are successful after college, at every stage of their lives and careers,” said Suzanna Alba ’05, director of Alumni Affairs and College Relations at RIC. “These sessions are the first in a series of programming efforts to provide alumni with tools and resources to fuel their success.” Alba added that nearly 48,000 RIC alumni live in Southeastern New England.

The RIC Career Development Center offers a range of support services to alumni, from help with résumé writing and networking to interview practice. “We want to connect our graduates to success by providing resources that help them move forward in their careers and support their professional growth,” said Demetria Moran, interim director of the RIC Career Development Center.
