State-Wide MLS Officially Launches New Commercial Information Exchange System for Commercial Real Estate

Warwick , RI – The State-Wide Multiple Listing Service (MLS) has announced the official launch of the Rhode Island Commercial Information Exchange (RICIE), an online database of information, research and marketing tools for commercial real estate professionals. The new system is powered by Catylist, the industry’s leading commercial information exchange vendor. RICIE was borne from demand from Rhode Island commercial agents for a cost-efficient and effective tool for leasing and selling commercial properties.
Members of RICIE join a national collaborative, extending the reach of their marketing efforts nationwide. Members of State-Wide MLS receive free, ongoing, basic service to RICIE, enabling them to place and access commercial listings on the site and create catalogs, property alerts and reports. Full service access extends listing exposure by syndicating to other Catylist and partnering sites. Full service tools also offer access to off-market listings, broadcast email abilities, market statistics and more.
