“We’ve had tremendous success in finding companies who share our philosophy of putting the customer first.  We’ve built a great network of residential, commercial and rental agents who are experts in their respective areas.  In today’s competitive environment, skill, trust worthiness and knowledge of the local market is an absolute must. The benefits that come along with the size of our network is an added bonus,” said Douglas Randall, CEO of the Randall Family of Companies.

Randall’s success in 2012 was largely influenced by the luxury market.  Randall, REALTOR agents were involved in 32 transactions of properties selling for more than $1 million last year.  In December alone, Randall, REALTORS sold the Pink House in Watch Hill home for $12 million, the Sea Tower estate in Shelter Harbor for $5.1 million and a $3.3 million Westerly residence.  Randall, REALTORS success in the luxury market was replicated company-wide.  The network of Randall, REALTORS, Page Taft and Kinlin Grover was involved in 134 transactions of $1 million plus properties in 2012.

“We saw the market turnaround in 2012 and are eager to see what lies ahead.  For the first time in a while, we’re seeing competitive bids and buyers and sellers are on more equal footing,” said Randall.
