ShapeUp Expands Leadership Team to Support Increased Focus on Social Wellness™ Solutions for Health Plans

New hires Jennifer Cressman and Carolyn Bilson will guide ShapeUp in providing health plans with innovative and effective Social Wellness™ solutions to engage members, build affinity, and improve health. These industry veterans bring more than 30 years of combined experience and in-depth knowledge of the health plan market, provider models, and wellness strategy to their new roles.

To support this increased health plan focus, ShapeUp has added Jennifer Cressman as vice president and general manager of healthcare partnerships, and Carolyn Bilson as vice president of healthcare partnership development. Together, they will utilize their deep understanding of the trends in the healthcare landscape to strategically transform ShapeUp’s offerings to meet the specific needs of the health plan market.

 

With over 15 years of experience, Cressman previously served as vice president of sales and strategic accounts at Krames Staywell. Prior to that role, Cressman was the manager of marketing and communications at Intracorp, a specialty company of Cigna Healthcare. Bilson brings over 17 years of experience to ShapeUp, previously serving as national director of health and wellness at Cancer Treatment Centers of America and as health strategy director for Focused Health Solutions.
