SBANE “Calls for Nominations” for 2015 New England Innovation Awards

WALTHAM, MA – The Smaller Business Association of New England (SBANE) is proud to announce a “Call for Nominations” for the prestigious 2015 New England Innovation Awards. SBANE is proud recognize innovation as the key to economic prosperity and seeks to give acknowledgement to companies whose innovations have been game changers in their given field for the 30th year in a row.

SBANE encourages companies to nominate themselves, innovative customers/clients involved in the fields such as high technology, manufacturing, service, retail/distribution, non-profit and media/social networking.

There are a number of requirements to be nominated, including being independent and headquartered in New England, in business for a minimum of two years, $100 million maximum in revenue and must have between 2 and 300 employees in a non-profit company and 10 to 300 employees in a for-profit company. Winners are announced at the “Evening of Innovation” Gala in May. The keynote speaker for that event will be Alan S. McKim, Chairman and CEO of Clean Harbors.

Innovation Award winners are entered into the SBANE “Circle of Excellence” where they join companies such as iRobot, Staples, Boston Duck Tours, HubSpot and Ben & Jerry’s Homemade, Inc along with 194 other past winners in a variety of industries. Receiving an Innovation Award provides lasting recognition of a company’s innovative heritage and recognition from SBANE’s nationally recognized partners and sponsors.
