RISBJ Launches Rhode Island’s First Commercial Real Estate Search Using RICIE MediaLink

JOHNSTON, RI – On January 22, 2014, The Rhode Island Small Business Journal launched the first searchable online database for real-time commercial real estate information using RICIE MediaLink. This new website feature makes it easy for those leasing or buying space to find properties and real estate professionals in an efficient manner. RISBJ will promote this new feature to their over 100,000 monthly website visitors and 45,000 email newsletter subscribers to generate more interest and activity in the local commercial real estate market.

According to Jeff Butler, President of RI Commercial & Appraisal Board or Realtors, “Our Commercial Realtor members couldn’t be more pleased to have RISBJ be our first partner in providing a data feed of RICIE listings.” As a Director on the RICIE Task Group, Butler was a key player from idea to inception.
