Attorneys O’Gara and Lamoureux will provide information and insight on the purpose of and differences between employee agreements, how non-compete, non-solicitation, work-for-hire and confidentiality clauses in employee contracts safeguard an employer’s business, and address current legal issues in employee agreements and future developments.
