PLDW Expands Corporate & Business and Litigation Teams with New Attorneys

Providence, RI – Pannone Lopes Devereaux & West LLC (PLDW) is pleased to announce that Attorneys Samantha Clarke and Patrick J. McBurney have joined the firm’s Corporate & Business and Litigation teams as Associates.

• Attorney Clarke earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, RI, and served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Justice William P. Robinson III of the Rhode Island Supreme Court and as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable O. Rogeriee Thompson of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in Providence, RI. She is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and is a member of the Rhode Island Women’s Bar Association.

• Attorney McBurney earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in Queens, NY, and served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Associate Justice Maureen McKenna Goldberg of the Rhode Island Supreme Court and for the Honorable Associate Justice Michael Silverstein of the Rhode Island Superior Court. He is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and the Pawtucket Bar Association.
