Pat Paolino Cruz to Launch Rhode Island Menu Guide in Fall 2013

Helps answer the question: “Where do we go for dinner tonight?”

WARWICK, RI – Helping connect Rhode Island restaurants with diners when they are making dining-out decisions is the goal of the new Rhode Island Menu Guide, a complimentary, full-color glossy magazine that will be distributed statewide beginning this fall.  Founded and published by Pat Paolino Cruz, the Rhode Island Menu Guide is a one-stop resource for dining in the Ocean State which features menus, pricing, spotlights on local chef specialties, and dining information from some of the states’ best known restaurants, as well as hidden gems.

Rhode Island Menu Guide will be printed biannually beginning in September 2013 and is designed to be a quick reference for one of the most interesting food scenes in the Northeast. From Blackstone Valley to South County, Providence to Newport, and all areas in between, readers will also be able to experience Rhode Island Menu Guide electronically from the convenience of their desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone.

“When it comes to incredible food in our Ocean State, the choices are overwhelming, not only for tourists and visitors but for our local folk.  We are blessed with some of the greatest restaurants and chefs in the country, but often times diners stick with old standbys rather than try new restaurants simply because they are unsure of menu options and cost,” said Pat Paolino Cruz. “TheRhode Island Menu Guide is designed to showcase unique food experiences, and menu choices available within our state, serving as an ongoing reference which helps answer the question: ‘Where should we go for dinner tonight?’”

“Restaurants are so much a part of our lives that according to a survey, nearly four in five consumers believe that going to a restaurant with family or friends gives them opportunities to socialize and is a better way to use their leisure time, and nine out of 10 adults report going to restaurants on a regular basis,” said Dale J. Rhode Island Menu Guide will feature 60 pages of information and will be distributed to hotels, convention, tourist and visitor centers, restaurants, salons and spas, select pharmacies, libraries, medical offices and other shops and businesses providing a cost effective way for restaurants to reach new consumers and give customers options in making their dining decisions. Layout and design of the magazine is being done by Artinium, Inc.
