New Yoga Offerings for the New Year at INNERLIGHT Center

MIDDLETOWN, RI – Start the New Year right by treating yourself to the benefits of yoga. Discover improved balance, strength, flexibility, mobility and calmness of mind. The Innerlight Center for Yoga and Meditation at 850 Aquidneck Avenue in Middletown, Rhode Island has just what you need to get started.
Those new to yoga or who would like to refine their practice should check out two new Beginner Yoga Series being offered. Designed to be progressive, each class will build on the previous, to develop a basic, safe and healthy practice. Emphasis will be on proper alignment, breathing and relaxation. Each class will include time for questions and discussion.
Chrissy Bevilacqua will lead a six-week series on Monday evenings from 6 – 7:30 beginning January 6. Maggie Martin will lead a four-week series on Saturdays from 1 – 2:30 beginning January 11. A free class pass will be given to each participant who completes a minimum of four beginner classes.
Ring in the New Year with Yoga for Body, Mind & Spirit with Kim Chandler during an All Levels class at 9 am on January 1st.
