Literacy Volunteers of Kent County Seeks Donation Items for Silent Auction and Sponsorship for their 35th Anniversary Gala

COVENTRY, RI – Literacy Volunteers of Kent County (LVKC) will be celebrating 35 years of service to Kent County and we are looking forward to commemorating this occasion by hosting a gala at the Warwick Art Museum in April of 2015. We are seeking donations to help defray the cost of the event and items to feature in the silent auction. Generous donors are the key to our success and make it possible for LVKC to continue to match trained tutors with students needing help in reading, writing, and speaking English.

LVKC is also seeking sponsorship for this event and would be delighted to explore this option with any interested businesses. With local support, LVKC will continue to see encouraging outcomes that enrich and strengthen our communities. We recognize our sponsors by featuring them in our LVKC Newsletter, creating press releases announcing awards, and listing in our brochure and other written correspondence. We would be happy to fly company banners at LVKC events and tutor training sessions to promote positive visibility and demonstrate neighborly social responsibility to education.

Literacy Volunteers of Kent County, Inc. (LVKC) is an accredited non-profit affiliate of ProLiteracy, Inc. with 501(c) 3 status.
