Landmark Realty Group Merges with Randall, REALTORS South Kingstown Office

CHARLESTOWN, RI – Randall, Realtors announced  today that Landmark Realty Group of South Kingstown, Rhode Island has merged with Randall’s South Kingstown office.  The merger will expand and strengthen the scope of services offered to the two firms’ residential and commercial clients in the South County area.

 “Putting these two companies together will allow us to serve our clients more efficiently and effectively,” said Marc Archambault, manager of Randall, Realtors’ South Kingstown office in downtown Wakefield .  “I’ve known and worked with Landmark’s agents, and of course its owner, Scot Hallberg, for years.  I couldn’t be happier about bringing he and his sales team into the Randall family.”

In merging with Randall, Realtors, Landmark will join a firm with 27 offices in Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts with more than 500 Realtors and support staff.  The Randall Family of Companies is the largest Rhode Island-based real estate firm in terms of dollar volume sold with more than one billion in sales last year.  The company’s South Kingstown office has been serving South County since 1990.

Hallberg and his agents will move to the Randall Wakefield office at 235 Main Street , just a few doors down from their former Landmark location.  New office contact information for the transferring agents will be posted on the company site at www.randallrealtors.com.

 One of Hallberg’s goals in the coming months is to help expand the company’s commercial base.  With 24 years of real estate experience, Hallberg has been a fixture in the South County in both residential and commercial real estate.
