Integrated Security, Inc., (ISI) acquires Clark the Locksmith or Providence

PROVIDENCE, RI – Integrated Security, Inc., (ISI), a leading New England physical and electronic security provider has announced the acquisition of Clark the Locksmith, Rhode Island’s largest and oldest security hardware firm.

Clark, opened in 1901 by Elbert V. Clark, and has been in continuous service since.  Clark has been located in downtown Providence since its founding.  ISI began in 1972 as Reliable Lock & Key in Taunton, Mass., and since that time has become one of the leading security integrators in the region, offering a wide array of asset protection solutions, including access control, alarms, cameras. safes, doors and frames, and an array of hardware from builder’s hardware to high security locking systems.

ISI announced that all of its Mechanical Services Section is being relocated to Clark facility at 135 Washington Street.  President/CEO Michael Ehrlich is quoted as saying, “We are honored to be the new custodians of the Clark the Locksmith tradition, and we will take great pride in helping to write the next chapter in its illustrious history.”
