Hero 2 Hired and Rhode Island ESGR to Host Employment Networking Event For Military Service Members and Spouses

WARWICK, RI – Members of the National Guard and Reserve and their spouses are invited to attend a hero-to-hired employment networking event on Wednesday, June 26^th.  The event will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. at the ROK Bar and Grill, 11 Main Street in East Greenwich.

This free networking event is co-hosted by H2H (Hero-to-Hired) and the Rhode Island Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve.

H2H is a comprehensive employment program designed to address the unique needs of Reserve Component members and is part of an overall effort to address the unemployment and underemployment faced by the men and women in the Guard and Reserve. H2H features a powerful job search site and online community that is free for veterans, service members and employers.

Representatives of potential employers will be on hand to meet with the service members and spouses in an informal setting.
