Are you tired of being tired?

North Kingstown, RI – May 30, 2014: The Hive RI presents Certified Health coach Susan Keimig as the featured speaker in their weekly Thursday Lunch & Learn series on Thursday, June 5th. The Lunch & Learn program is an interactive program that features R.I. professionals presenting on various topics with a focus on business development.

Susan Keimig is a registered nurse (for over 30 years), as well as a certified Health Coach and the principal coach at Healthy Changes R.I.  As a health coach, Susan uses a holistic approach to health and wellness that looks at how areas of her client’s lives are connected. She then works alongside her clients to develop a personal plan that encourages, motivates and empowers them on their path to health and wellness!

Susan Keimig will discuss, in detail, how to increase your focus and energy levels in the work place. She will focus on:

· What may be the cause of decreased energy levels?

· Are non-fat foods helping or hurting you?

· Do energy bars increase energy?

· What is the difference between multigrain and whole grain?

· Are enhanced Vitamin waters harmful or healthful?

· What is a fat storing hormone?

Based in the historic Lafayette Mill complex in North Kingstown, Rhode Island, The Hive coworking space provides inexpensive working space, conference and meeting areas and professional amenities such as copy machines, printers as well as high speed internet.
