This is a general awareness training class on export compliance. We will cover the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), how these regulations affect your business operations and what you need to do to:
- Comply with export regulations
- Avoid corporate & individual criminal liability
- Understand the complexities and implications of multinational supply chains
Eric J. Rudolph, President of Rudolph Export Consulting, Inc. will lead this workshop. His company helps organizations protect their operations by mitigating the risks associated with export controls, anti-corruption laws, general corporate compliance and ethics challenges. His previous experience includes 15 years as an in-house lawyer with manufacturing companies in various industries and as a regulator where he investigated and litigated fraud cases.
