The hospitality industry is challenging and ultimately your customers’ experiences will tip the scale for success. At the heart any hospitality business is its people. This is why management and leadership must go hand in hand, because in order to realize your businesses goals, you need people who can manage and lead.  

Leaders – whether or not they have a management title – can be cultivated at every level of your business. But what are the most important traits to cultivate? How can you leverage the unique talents of your staff and most importantly strengthen their contributions in support of the businesses goals? 

In this half day workshop participants will:

  • Discover how to reduce turnover, and keep quality people committed to your business
  • Learn how to listen and give feedback that helps associates grow in their roles and cultivates the “leader within”.
  • Examine the opportunities to motivate and engage associates to fully apply their communication and leadership skills to the various challenges of your business.
  • Design an approach on how to create huddles and meetings that keep people involved, motivated and builds team work and camaraderie.
  • Explore how to develop a business culture that will be felt by your customers

After 30 days, all participants will be invited to attend a teleconference to share their success and ask questions.
