Envision Technology Advisors Bringing ”Village Green Virtual Annex” To The Nercomp 2015 Conference

PAWTUCKET, RI – Envision Technology Advisors and the Village Green Virtual Charter School will be appearing at the Nercomp Annual Conference and they will be bringing the “Village Green Virtual Annex” with them.

Held in Providence at the Rhode Island Convention Center from Monday, March 30th through Wednesday, April 1st, the Nercomp Annual Conference “explores hot topics in higher education IT.” Envision and Village Green will be on hand to demonstrate the innovate technology solution that Envision architected for the school, a solution that caused Richard Culatta, the Director for the Office of Technology for US Department of Education, to say “this is how education should be delivered” when he visited the school in May of last year.

“We are excited to be able to not only talk about this solution at Nercomp, but to show it live on the show floor,” says Envision’s Director of Marketing, Jeremy Girard.

“We’re bringing a really unique presentation to this event,” adds Todd Knapp, Envision’s CEO. “Our booth will include actual students from the Village Green Virtual Charter School using the technology to complete their curriculum and schoolwork. This will allow us to show the versatility of this technology in a way we couldn’t achieve with just slides or demos. Attendees will see the actual technology in use and get to speak to the people who architected the solution and those who are using it on a daily basis.”

For attendees interested in discussing how similar technology could be put to use in their schools or on their campus, Envision, along with Dell and Liquidware Labs, will also be hosting a cocktail reception on Tuesday evening of the event. Invitations to this reception will be available at Envision’s booth, number 509 and 511.
