Child & Family launches Re-designed Website

NEWPORT, RI – Child & Family, one of Rhode Island’s largest social service providers, announced today the launch of its re-designed and much enhanced online presence at www.childandfamilyri.com. Site Includes New Features & Shares Stories Representing C&F’s Impact throughout Rhode Island.

In addition to information about its numerous life-changing programs supporting families throughout the state, the site now shares personal stories told by and about those who have benefited from C&F’s services, as well as those volunteering and financially supporting the agency’s efforts in the community. The new site makes a strong call to action, asking Rhode Islanders to “get involved” through the many opportunities provided by Child & Family, to include volunteering, donating, attending benefit events, seeking employment and much more. Child & Family’s new site offers a contemporary look and streamlined user experience. It is designed to educate the public about all of the agency’s programs and services.

Child & Family worked with Rubic Design + Interactive – a web marketing, design and development firm based in Middletown, RI.  The new website meets 508 accessibility and W3c web standards including a “responsive” web design experience optimized for mobile smartphone and tablet.  The website was built on the Drupal content management system giving Child & Family in-house control over the new site’s online content, ticketing and donation features.
