PAWTUCKET, RI – Figmints Delicious Design & Creative Marketing, LLC leased 2,240 square feet of office space in The Design Exchange Building located at 163 Exchange Street in Pawtucket, Rhode Island from Blackstone Studios, LLC. The property will serve as Figmints new headquarters. Figmints was represented by Kevin Casey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal and Blackstone Studios was represented by Jim Conway of William Raveis Real Estate.
