ATTLEBORO, RI- The United Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Young Professional Organization (YPO) is hosting a workshop on Business Succession Planning on April 29 from 7:45 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. Attorneys Stephen Withers, Jr. and Jane Coogan of the Attleboro law firm of Coogan, Smith, McGahan, Lorincz, Jacobi & Shanley, LLP, will address how to plan and prepare yourself and your organization for the next owner/generation. They will also discuss preparations for selling your business, welcoming a new business partner, and responding to unsolicited efforts to buy your business. This free workshop is open to the public and will be held at The United Regional Chamber of Commerce, 42 Union St., Attleboro.
