BayCoast Bank Opens Providence Loan Office; Establishes Commercial Lending Facility at 10 Dorrance Street

PROVIDENCE, RI and FALL RIVER, MA – BayCoast Bank ( has officially come to Providence, with the opening of a new loan office at 10 Dorrance Street, dedicated to commercial lending.

The loan office, a 1300 square foot space in the downtown section, officially opened September 8. Initially, it will be staffed with two commercial lending officers.

The Providence loan office marks the Bank’s second location in Rhode Island. Their other Rhode Island presence is Tiverton at 1 Crandall Road. The Bank also has a location in nearby Seekonk, MA.

The Bank begins its operations by having commercial lending officers Michael Paiva and Joseph Sheehan based out of the new office.
