Automated Business Solutions Makes Strategic Additions to their Ranks

Automated Business Solutions Inc is proud to announce the addition of three highly respected, experienced, and talented members to our team. David Aulisio joined our company taking on the role of Vice President of Business Development, Mike Ardry was promoted to General Manager of the Connecticut Market, and John Papa was hired as our Production Spet serving the New England market.

David Aulisio has a BA in Economics from Hamilton College and an MBA in Marketing from St John’s University. David’s twenty-three-year career includes both sales and Senior Executive leadership positions, initially for Canon Inc. in the New York market and most recently for a dealership in the Connecticut market. This diverse experience gives David a depth of business knowledge that makes him uniquely qualified to help our clients make the most intelligent choices for their business office productivity needs. He will also be instrumental in expanding our team’s ability to confidently offer more solutions in both Production Print and Managed IT Services.

David, his wife Elizabeth, and their two children Emily and David live in East Greenwich, RI. He is active in his Church and coaches youth sports. He is especially committed to initiatives supporting special needs and at-risk children. 

Mike Ardry has built a very successful entrepreneurial career in the business office equipment field spanning thirty years.  He began his entrepreneurial journey by purchasing a typewriter and calculator dealership, Office Equipment Center. Within two years, he changed the direction of the business to include office business equipment. Focusing primarily on office copiers and fax machines, Mike developed a very successful business with an impressive list of local, regional and national clients. Recognizing the increasing need for business technology solutions, Mike began offering IT Services to his growing list of clients.

In 2017, Automated Business Solutions acquired his business. The addition of Office Equipment Center’s capabilities and clients has materially changed our business. Mike’s unique business skills have also had a remarkable positive impact on our entire Automated team. 

He was recently elected Eastern Region President of Business Technology Association, the industry’s leading business technology dealer group.

Mike and his wife Michele live in Wolcott, CT.

John Papa brings a unique perspective and skill set to Automated Business Solutions, with a forty-year career in the printing industry. This additional expertise allows Automated to offer our customers new solutions with incredible value.

John started in the Printing industry as a pressroom operator running smaller duplicators.  John’s ongoing desire to address customer needs and produce high-quality work led him to become the 20-year Operations/General Manager with one of New England’s largest Commercial Printers. John’s experience and expertise provide instant credibility for our customers who need applications that demand high-quality print and finishing. John is recognized in the industry for his remarkable ability to offer advice guidance and suggestions for both offset and digital print.

John has been an integral part of ABS’ sales growth of industry-leading Canon Color ImagePress, KIP Wide Format Oce Varioprint and Formax finishing solutions.  Within the Production Print Market, “post-sale” support is absolutely vital to a successful implementation. John provides a level of support and expertise that is unmatched in our industry. 

John enjoys spending time with family, riding his motorcycle, and bowling. John, his wife Lisa, and their two 2 children, Gian and Tiana, live in Cranston, RI.
