2014 Small Business of the Year Award to be presented at New Bedford Area Chamber’s Good Morning SouthCoast! Breakfast on June 19th

NEW BEDFORD, MA – The 2014 Small Business of the Year Award will be presented at the Chamber’s next edition of Good Morning SouthCoast! which is scheduled for Thursday, June 19, 2014 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at Rachel’s Lakeside, 950 State Road, Dartmouth. This event will also feature a presentation from keynote speaker Brian Harrington, Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer at Zipcar, the world’s largest car sharing and car club service. The June edition of Good Morning SouthCoast! is being sponsored by BankFive.

As Zipcar’s Chief Marketing Officer, Brian Harrington leads the marketing and communication teams with the expertise of someone who is no stranger to the travel industry. Brian is a seasoned leader who is passionate about Zipcar’s ever-evolving efforts, including global brand building, member acquisition and engagement, social media, public relations, and delivering innovative products and services to further enhance the member experience.

This Good Morning SouthCoast! program is not a typical Chamber event, but rather a high-profile, fast-paced, and educational program geared towards executives, senior managers, professionals and small business owners. During the June edition, one of the following nominees will be recognized as our 2014 Small Business of the Year Award winner: BRW Property Services; Optimum Labs Inc.; Seastreak, LLC; Thompson Farland, Inc.; Tomlinson & O’Neil Insurance Agency.

The cost is just $20 for members, $25 for non-members and $180 for a table of 10 and includes a buffet breakfast. Pre-registration is required.
