The Doctor Is In The House! Help Us Welcome Dr. Mark Turshen To The Direct Doctors Family!

NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI – Mark is already accepting new patients with Direct Doctors and is eager to start seeing them, beginning July 6. Dr. Turshen joined Direct Doctors because their innovative approach and dedication to simple, smart, and low cost health care perfectly matches his own commitment to affordable, patient-centered medicine.

Our Open House on July 7^th, from 5:30 to 7:00pm is the perfect opportunity to meet Mark and learn a bit more about him and his family, including his wife, their daughter and their baby boy. Mark is actually a life-long New Englander, a graduate of Gettysburg College and Tufts University School of Medicine. Mark has a passion for Family and Sports Medicine, as well as Pediatrics.

During our open house, Stephanie O’Donnell, MS, RDN, LDN (Registered Dietitian Nutritionist) and owner of Nurturing Nutrition, LLC, will share a brief discussion on the importance and rich nutrient value of slow foods. To deliciously highlight her presentation, Patrick Martin Beck, owner of New England Grass Fed, specializing in environmentally sustainable, locally raised livestock, will be offering samples of their products.
