SBANE Presents “Where We Are and Where We Are Headed”

WALTHAM, MA – The Smaller Business Association of New England (SBANE) is hosting their monthly Rhode Island Breakfast Series event on Wednesday, February 4, 2015, entitled Where We Are and Where We Are Headed, with John Simmons as the guest speaker. The event will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, in Warwick, RI from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM.

John Simmons, Executive Director of the Rhode Island Public Expenditure Council (RIPEC) joins SBANE for a discussion on Rhode Island’s economic state and the strategies that could help overcome Rhode Island’s current fiscal challenges. Simmons has a background in finance, education, government, tax policy, and employee relations, and has extensive experience serving positions of Treasury for both the city of Boston, MA and the city of Providence, RI.
