RI Attorney and Senator William Conley Moves Law Practice to Financial District in Downtown Providence

PROVIDENCE, RI – The Law Office of William J. Conley, Jr., today announced its relocation to 123 Dyer Street in Providence in the historic Hay Building, effective Monday, April 21, 2014. The move reflects the growth of the firm and the expansion of services for clients. The firm has operated from an historic farmhouse in Riverside, Rhode Island for three decades.

As Chief Legal Counsel for the Rhode Island Ethics Commission for more than five years, he grappled
with important constitutional issues and was involved in critical cases that sought to uphold and enforce
the code of conduct. Conley is a member of the Board of Directors of Rhode Island Legal Services, where he has been active
since 2008. He is a member of the RI Bar Association’s Volunteer Lawyer Program and its Character and Fitness Committee, and has received several awards from the RI Bar Association acknowledging his
commitment to pro bono work and public service.

In January of 2013, Conley was sworn in as a State Senator from District 18 (East Providence, Pawtucket)
