Restivo Monacelli Announces David Lichtenstein CPA/MST As Partner, Tax Compliance and Consulting

PROVIDENCE, R.I., November 8, 2017 – Restivo Monacelli LLP, an innovative tax, accounting and business advisory firm, today announced the appointment of David Lichtenstein CPA/MST as Partner, Tax Compliance and Consulting.

David has more than 22 years of diverse experience in year-round tax consulting for both closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals/families. In addition to advising a variety of business entities on how to minimize tax liabilities for ongoing operations, he has significant expertise in structuring tax efficient and compliant acquisitions, liquidations, dissolutions, and redemptions to ensure clients are receiving the maximum benefits.

David earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Binghamton University in 1994 and Masters in Taxation, with honors, from Bryant University in 2005. He launched his career at a boutique CPA firm in White Plains, NY, and before moving to RI in 2001, worked for the international tax firm Roedl & Partner USA, located in Atlanta, GA. He joins Restivo Monacelli after spending the last 16 years at Sansiveri, Kimball & Co., LLP, where he most recently served as Tax Principal. In his new role, David will be responsible for tax compliance, tax planning and strategy for Restivo Monacelli’s business and high-net-worth clients.
