Newport County Chamber Gift Certificates Redeemed in Over 300 Businesses

MIDDLETOWN, RI – The Newport County Chamber of Commerce recently processed an order for $13,000 in Chamber gift certicates. The order was placed by the Univerty of Massachusetts Medical for a conference that was recently held in Newport. This is a great benefit to the participating members, and it is very exciting that by distributing Chamber gift certificates, the conference organizers steered the attendees to do business with and support the local businesses that support the community! The Chamber has already heard from many Chamber members who saw a flood of redemptions.  Chamber Gift Certificates can be purchased at the following locations, The General Store, 19 Long Wharf Mall, Newport, The Newport County Chamber of Commerce, Middletown, Conanicut Marine Services Inc., 20 Narragansett Ave., Jamestown and our newest location, Clements’ Marketplace, 2575 East Main Rd., Portsmouth.
