Michael Integlia & Company Making an Impact on Economic Recovery in Rhode Island

WARWICK, RI – Look no further than the projects currently in development and recently completed by Michael Integlia & Company for evidence that the economic recovery in Rhode Island is for real.

Michael Integlia & Company is in the planning stage of OneMetro, a new 100,000sf Class A Office Building to be constructed at 1 Metro Center Boulevard in Warwick. It will be located on the north side of the Airport Connector Road. This construction project wIll create 200 to 250 construction and construction related jobs.

Coastway Community Bank called on Michael Integlia & Company to construct its new headquarters at One Coastway Boulevard in Warwick. The project was completed in August of 2014. The construction of Coastway’s new bank and headquarters has resulted in 150 construction related jobs. In addition, Coastway will expand its employment base and banking business as a result of their new and expanded headquarters. 1 Coastway was the third and final phase of Michael Integlia & Company’s Metro East Office Park, which totals 175,000sf. Construction of Phase 1 took place in 2008. Phase III was recently completed in the third quarter of 2014. All three phases maintain 100% occupancy.
