Exit Planning Exchange (XPX) Slates March 3rd Breakfast Meeting

SMITHFIELD, RI – The Exit Planning Exchange (XPX) Boston will hold a breakfast meeting on March 3rd at Bryant University, 1150 Douglas Pike in Smithfield, Rhode Island.

The event, slated from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the George E. Bello Center for Information and Technology on the Bryant University campus, will examine acquisitions as a vehicle for growth and exit planning.

Panelists scheduled to share their knowledge and experience on the topic are Ernie Humphreys, principal and founding member of Management Capital; Nick Moceri, a partner of Providence Capital Group; and Steven Kaufman, CEO of the Lexington Lighting Group, LLC.

Susan Keller, Managing Director of LeveragedSolutions, will serve as moderator.
