Kate Gallant is a Certified Holistic Health Coach. She blends health, wellness and feminine empowerment to provide a unique solution for women to heal their relationship to their bodies and experience lasting results through radical self acceptance. Her mission is to connect women to their truth so that they can lead more confident, sexy and powerful lives. Her work allows women to make peace with their bodies by upgrading their health and lifestyle habits and opens up an entirely new level of possibility and abundance. Kate holds a Master of Science degree in Athletic Training from Florida International University in Miami, FL and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Emmanuel College in Boston, MA. She completed her Health Coach Certification with Health Coach Institute in 2017. She is the creator of the signature transformational coaching program, BeYOUtiful Body Breakthrough and the live workshop Honoring Your Body Through Self Love.
